At Ekoprints, we take pride in delivering quality fabrics and maintaining transparent business practices. This policy outlines the terms for returns and replacements applicable to all retail and B2B purchases made through our website.
Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Incorrect product, design, color, or fabric supplied
- Manufacturing defects
- Products received in damaged condition
All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos for verification.
Fabric Variation Disclaimer
Fabrics are subject to minor variations in color, texture, weave, GSM, and finish due to dyeing processes, screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural manufacturing characteristics. Such variations are inherent to textile products and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return, refund, or replacement.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
- Cut fabrics, customized, or made-to-order products
- Bulk or B2B orders unless damaged or defective
- Minor variations in color, texture, weave, or finish inherent to fabric manufacturing
- Products that have been washed, used, altered, or resold
- Requests raised after the specified time period
Return & Replacement Process
Once a request is approved, Ekoprints will coordinate the return process or provide further instructions. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
For approved replacement requests, Ekoprints will ship the same product subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, customers may opt for:
- An alternative product of similar value, or
- A refund as per the refund policy
